The Land Company provides state-of-the-art, high percentage, walk-out homesites with amenities that today’s lifestyles demand. With 22 subdivisions and over 5,000 homesites and commercial sites developed, The Land Company continues to be a leader in the industry. We have one goal in mind: to provide comfortable lifestyles within our subdivisions for today’s families and to keep homesites affordable. Over the years, we have developed communities throughout the Omaha-metro area and are currently developing 10 different subdivisions.
